Speaks for itself.

Anyone should be able to instantly see from the Dashboard:
1.) What the critical reviews are (Priority, Deadline)
2.) What the size of reviews are (Lines Changed, Files Changed)

The data for the latter should already be there, obviously.
For the former, you would have to be able to set these fields when submitting reviews, obviously.

As of 2.0.x, the dashboard does have an optional 'diff size' column that should cover your #2 use case. As for #1, it seems like everybody wants something different, which is why we have not added it to the core product, and instead enabled extensions to add fields and dashboard columns.
