There's no little pencil icon for People and Groups in IE 7, so people
can't publish their review.

Also seems to apply to IE 6.

this applies to KDE's Konqueror as well.

This should be fixed now on IE. Konqueror has a bunch of other issues so I'll have to
look into those separately.
