We have a feature request for review board. We saw the nice feature that you have for attaching screenshots to a review and wondering if we can extend this to support reviewing images in general. For instance, we may check in icons and screenshots into perforce, and it would be great when generating the diff for reviews that we can automatically determine the file being changed as an image file, and pull up the before/after images and have them side by side that people can compare them and comment on them.

I think this is half covered by the existing screenshot review support (there's no reason you can't upload something that's not a screenshot) and half covered by issue 301.
