3802: Negative numbers in the dashboard "Incoming" sidebar

What version are you running?

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to https://reviews.<my domain>/dashboard/
2. Look at the counts under "Incoming" in the sidebar
3. See that they are negative

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is that the counts accurately reflect the number of reviews in each category. Instead I see negative counts, which don't make any sense.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Ubuntu 14.04, Chrome

I don't suppose you have some procedure that can induce this? We've fixed most of the issues that can cause this, but there's still something lingering.

You can fix the counts by running 'rb-site manage /path/to/site fixreviewcounts'

No, unfortunately I'm not sure what caused it. Most people on my team are
having the same issue though.

OK, in that case I'll suggest you run fixreviewcounts, and I'll merge this with an existing bug tracking this problem.
