3800: Reply to cr comments by email and have the cr updated with the reply

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Would it be possible to reply to cr comments through email and have the cr itself be updated with the reply, instead of having to go to the cr and then respond to the comment?


What operating system are you using? What browser?
OSX, firefox.
