What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upload one diff with long file name, see the example in attached images
2. open the diff viewer in chrome
3. The side by side windows are not split equally, and some lines in the right window are truncate (see the line 418 and 420 in attached image "diffviewer_chrome.jpg"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should have no line truncate and the result should be same with what we see in Firefox (attached image "diffviewer_firefox.jpg"
What operating system are you using? What browser?
