Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Allow reviewers to Drop a comment. Sometimes, after submitting a comment, a reviewer may change their mind, or see something they missed. Instead of asking the Submitter to Drop said comment, it would be nice if the Reviewer could Drop it him/herself.
I'm not suggesting the comment be deleted - could spur good discussion.
