375: When editing a review request after it has been published, sometimes all reviewer names disappear

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

Reviewboard review request page after a review has been published


What steps will reproduce the problem?

Problem occurred a couple of times after I had used the edit tool to edit 
the summary information. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

All previously-entered reviewer names were deleted. 

What operating system are you using? What browser?

Windows. IE or Firefox, not sure.
