3691: RBTools Instructions don't include Fedora/EPEL installation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It would be useful to users to know that on Fedora (all current stable branches) and EPEL 6 or 7 they can simply run:
yum install RBTools
for a working copy of the latest RBTools (currently 0.6.3).

This appears to have been fixed with the release of RBTools 0.7. The installation instructions at https://www.reviewboard.org/downloads/rbtools/#linux include instructions on using yum on RPM-based distros.
