What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Create and publish a review request with perforce CN1.
2) Create a new draft review with perforce CN2 (don’t publish it)
3) Update the first review with CN2 (using the GUI), publish
RB should stop us in step 3 but nicely, not with a “something broke error”.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should give a warning message like:
Review request Failed!,change number is already in use!
What operating system are you using? What browser?
