I would like a mechanism to suppress (& ideally control) an e-mail that might get generated (i.e. supress e-mail, e-mail only reviewee, e-mail everyone, e-mail only reviewers, etc). In an automated system, lots of these e-mails can get sent while a reviewee is working on a review - emails that aren't relevant to reviewers.
