363: disklib alias not in groups

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
Any review request.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to create a review and add the disklib alias as a review group.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is no disklib alias in the groups pop-up menu.  The form won't allow
me to enter an alias that's not in the menu.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows XP Pro.  Firefox.

Please provide any additional information below.

Added. In the future though, you'll probably want to just contact us directly to add
the group, or e-mail the internal reviewboard listserv.
