What version are you running? 2.1 dev. What's the URL of the page containing the problem? http://example.com/r/123/ What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Go to a review request without any pending review. 2. Click "Review" 3. Click "Close" on the dialog. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I would expect no draft to be created, but instead, there's a draft and a draft banner, despite not doing anything draft-related.
