Hi,

Installing Review Board separately on a server behind firewall and no access for internet is difficult.

Kindly provide a easy installable standalone version. It will help lot of people to use.

The .egg files can be downloaded from http://downloads.reviewboard.org/

The broader issue is that there are numerous dependencies, which also have to be downloaded. You might look into the bitnami stack to get everything at once.
