Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
I want to mark a review "waiting for action" (Maybe in a similar way to marking a review "starred") - and the mode would be reset on any action on the review (updated diff or response to review). Once it is in this mode I can easily ignore this review in the dashboard view.
I have many reviews open on my dashboard. I review a bunch of them, and it either ends with "ship it" or "do this and that". Now I want to ignore everything I reviewed, and continue reviewing the ones I didn't review.
Once the other side updates the review, it needs to switch to "I need to review this".
