There are quite a few projects using Launchpad. I personally need it for a project I'm working on (FYI, I work for Canonical). From what I can recall, there is a fork of reviewboard out there that has Launchpad support.
This is not a high priority issue, but with an existing fork out there it shouldn't be too hard to integrate. :) Thanks!
