355: IE: checkbox in datagrid '...' dropdown are shown as an open box

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
Any datagrid page (e.g., /dashboard/)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the '...' dropdown in a datagrid

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see checkmarks in the currently active columns.  Instead, it just
looks like a small open box.  (see attachment)

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows XP SP2, Internet Explorer 6.0 SP2

Please provide any additional information below.
I think IE6 just doesn't know how to render U+2713.  IE7 on Vista shows it
fine, as does Firefox.  The same issue occurs on a unicode test page, e.g.,

This still appears broken to me.

I see the addition of checkmark.png, and the style change for the image, but nothing
that actually references the new image.  Did part of your fix get forgotten?

Yeah, somehow this was left out. It's now fixed.
