349: IE: dashboard table formatting error

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
/dashboard/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the nice formatting that Firefox shows, but the if the left column
is longer than the right, it hangs over the bottom border.  See the
attached screenshot.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows XP SP2, Internet Explorer 6.0 SP2
Windows Vista, Internet Explorer 7.0

Fixed in r1116.

It's fixed on IE6, but I still see the problem on IE7.
