What version are you running? 2.0 What's the URL of the page containing the problem? n/a What steps will reproduce the problem? After adding a new respository from a different server to review board, email alerts stopped working. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Be able to send review email alerts on all repos on all servers What operating system are you using? What browser? Windows 7, Chrome Please provide any additional information below.
As I said in reply to your message to the mailing list about this, you need to turn on logging and look in the review board log for any failures (perhaps also checking logs on your SMTP server). There are a great many things that can cause e-mails to not be sent, but adding a repository is not one of them.
