I opened up the same reply in two different tabs and clicked Publish in one
tab. Without reloading the second tab, I clicked Publish in that tab. An
error message appeared at the top telling me that a server error had
prevented my reply from being published.
I could dismiss the error, but the green "This reply is a draft" strip
still remained.. and trying to click Publish just caused the error to reappear.
In this case, it would be sweet if Reviewboard could tell that this
particular reply had already been submitted and make the error message more
informative accordingly.. or even reload the page manually so that the
pending reply seems to disappear.
