3434: Search results don't include file names.

The search results only searches the "Description", "Testing Done" fields, it does not match file names. Perhaps this is "design intent", but it would be helpful to search for every review that changed a given file.

What version are you running?
2.0.2

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure search
2. Find a review where the name of a file is not mentioned in the review request.
3. Search for that file name. That review is not found.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was hoping to see reviews containing the file.

What operating system are you using? What browser?

Try prefixing the file path with 'file:' and see if that gets any further.

Ah, adding "file:" works fine! Was that documented somewhere?
