3292: submitting review request ends up with error 500

What version are you running?

Review Board 1.5.2

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try to submit a new review request
2.Using repository jazz04.rchland.ibm.com:12443 and changeset URL: https://jazz04.rchland.ibm.com:12443/jazz/resource/itemOid/com.ibm.team.scm.ChangeSet/_Rn-zwaujEeOMn5XXGYB3lA?Workspace=_yyXfMFXnEeOaMcKet03UqQ
3.Click "Create review request" button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

See the page where i put details about my review request, instead, i get an error 500 (see attachment)

What operating system are you using? What browser?

Windows 7, Chrome 33.0.1750.154

You'll have to talk to your server administrator and have them investigate this. Without detailed information about what's going wrong, we can't do anything. Note also that Review Board 1.5.2 is *very* old at this point.
