3290: Description box edit should have line wrap on, not scroll horizontally

What version are you running? 1.7.21 What's the URL of the page this enhancement relates to, if any? https://tm-review.dev.kixeye.com/r/31/ Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it. As I type to the right-edge end of the description box, a horizontal scrollbar appears. This causes me to enter a newline (Enter) even though I have not finished the sentence. The description then looks wrong when viewed in an email or other location that does proper word/line wrapping. What operating system are you using? What browser? Windows 8.1, IE 11 Please provide any additional information below.
That certainly is not normal behavior. Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and older versions of IE do not have this problem. I can only assume this is something local or something caused by IE11 on Windows 8.1. Can you try another browser and see what happens?

Tried on Firefox, it's not a problem. Glad to provide some QA for a browser that barely anyone uses :)
