326: Review text doesn't update between multiple uses of post-revew

I used post-review, updated the summary, description, etc. in Perforce, then 
tried using post-review again. I can't see the new text (though the diff HAS 
updated). It only lets me publish (I bet it'll publish the old one!) or
discard 
the request, which doesn't help. Discarding and then using post-review puts me 
back where I was. Clean page refresh doesn't change things.

I have been seeing this lately.  It would be awesome if you would update the summary
and description from Perforce, but even having Discard Draft clear out all the
information would be fine.

This should now be fixed in SVN r1149. I'll update the server tonight.
