1. Load an existing review request
2. Start to comment on the review (e.g. make comments on the diff) without publishing
3. Decide to upload a screenshot mid-review
4. Notice the screenshot appears not to have been uploaded
5. Publish the review
6. Notice the screenshot still appears not to have been uploaded
7. Upload the screenshot
8. Notice the screenshot now appears twice
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected either:
a) Screenshot to be uploaded and visible mid-review without publishing
or
b) Screenshot only to appear once after review is published and screenshot it uploaded
What you see instead:
2x of the same screenshot.
