317: Groups edit box should save more than just on Publish

Since you removed the "OK" button next to the Groups edit box, usability
IMO hasn't been as good.  There should be a way to automatically save the
groups without having to hit "Publish".  You could bring the Add button
back or just attempt to save it when the box loses focus, but it is unclear
whether I need to be doing something else in the meantime to save the
values in the Groups box.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't..

I played with saving when losing focus but it's actually worse. At least on Linux.
Moving the mouse out of the window causes the focus to be lost, causing the field to
save and leave edit mode. It's far worse usability.

You can hit enter to save. The idea is that this would be more clear in that you'd
type and hit enter instead of having to click OK.

Oh, ok.  I didn't know that hitting enter would do it.  You can just close out the
bug then and if you think of any better way of doing it, feel free to throw it in there.

Going to close this out since the new model allows for saving with Enter or by
clicking Save Changes at the top.
