We are not NetApp employees, and don't have access to the URL you gave. I suggest you try starting with the person who runs the server you're using, but if you really want us to look into it, we need a lot more information in here.

For example, "the latest" is not a version number.

Also, you say you got an error box. What is in that error box?

Well, that's embarrassing. It seems someone on our site didn't change the Help link to point internally. So now I have two bugs to field.
