What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the diff viewer
2. Add a comment for a line and click 'Save Comment'.
3. Click on the pencil to edit the comment and click 'Save Comment'.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The old comment should be updated, instead both versions of the comment
show up.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
