305: "delete comment" has no effect anymore

when a comment has been saved once i cannot delete it anymore. in contrast to ticket #249 
there is no internal server error. in the review window only a message "OK" appears but the 
comment can still be seen. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to "view diff"
2. add a comment to any line number and save it
3. push "delete comment"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
in the pervious versions the comment disappeared after pushing "delete comment". i would 
expect the same behavior. in contrast to #249 this behavior seems to be reproducible.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
server: FedoraCore 6
client: macosx 10.5, safari; suse 10.3; firefox

after upgrading to rev 1039 i also get the text "Internal Server Error" inside the
comment window. hence, it seems that this ticket is the same as #249 after all. sorry
for bothering. could you please close this one (#305)?
