What's the URL of the page containing the problem? /r/## What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. create a review request, but don't save it 2. click the discard button 3. page redirects to self which renders 404 page What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Upon discarding the review request draft you should be redirected back to your dashboard. What operating system are you using? What browser? OS X, Firefox Please provide any additional information below.
