Pages aren't loading randomly - hitting "ship it" brings up an error.

What version are you running?
What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to give a ship it to a CR.
2. or... just load up a diff in CR
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm getting either white pages with a generic "HTTP error" type message or an error up top on the page that tells me an error occurred.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
