301: Provide incoming/outgoing reviews as a left-hand pane when viewing reviews.

This is to allow easy 1-click switch to outgoing & incoming reviews, rather than having to click the dashboard & then go there, or hit the back button a few times.
For screen real-estate reasons, I don't want to keep this up at all times, but perhaps we can have some sort of drop-down (maybe a little arrow next to Dashboard) or some kind of collapsable side dock. I tend to just keep one tab open with the dashboard and open everything up in other tabs.

I second the comment about screen real-estate: the two-column view already can be cramped on small monitors... if this can't be "minimized" somehow, please do not include it
