It would be nice to have a mechanism to customize the e-mail format with templates that get filled in. For example, I would love to be able to see the review that's being discussed in the subject line on my iPhone. If I had a template, then I could customize it to my needs.
For mobile purposes, a better template would be {review-title}: Review {review-number}
That way the most part of the review title will be visible which usually contains the most amount of information.
