What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
http://reviewboardmachine/dashboard/?view=outgoing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I created a review but received an error on saving. I couldn't pull up
the review to edit/delete it. I created a subsequent review and found that
the above URL produced an assertion error.

The admin had to delete the offending review. There should be a way for the
submitter to deal with this.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see a list of outgoing reviews. I saw an error page instead.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
OS X, Firefox 2.x

Please provide any additional information below.

If you can reproduce this and give some debugging information, that will help. I
can't do anything about this without knowing what went wrong and why. I'd need the
full error page. Also, is this at VMware, or elsewhere?

Sorry, I do not have the stack trace from the error. If it happens again, I will capture.

The same error happened to me.

It is at VMware.

The full error page is attached.

We think we've since fixed this. The VMware server's getting an upgrade tonight. I
recommend asking your administrator to upgrade as well, and hopefully it won't happen
again. Please roepen if it does, though.

Renaming the ticket so it's easier to find.
