2969: Not able to upload the diff to the review board

What version are you running?


What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create p4 change 
2.use p4 change number to create a new RB request

Here the page never refreshes but when I check my outgoing reviews , I could see new request (without Diff)

3. If I try to upload the diff, the page shows error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be Diff uploaded automatically

What operating system are you using? What browser?
