What's the URL of the page this enhancement relates to, if any?
'View Diff' primarily, any page.
Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
It would be nice to be able to see who's actively reviewing a given review so that reviewers don't end up duplicating review work. I'm thinking of at minimum a feature like in google or collabedit where you can see who's viewing a document and a blue sky feature of being able to see for example the comments as they are being made.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
