293: fail to create review request

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Repository: Perforce 1666
2. Change Number: 551412
3. browse the diff at http://engweb.eng.vmware.com/~langao/Diff/551412.html
4. click on "Create Review Request"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It's my first time using review board, don't know of the expected output.
But the error is "ValueError at /r/5989/
invalid literal for int() with base 10: '123003 Description:'"
My review request is created as "draft", but I cannot see it, neither can 
I delete it.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
XP Pro, IE

Please provide any additional information below.
I didn't use the standard template to edit the description of the 
changelist. Would that be the reason?

I'm confused... You say to browse the diff at that URL. Is that HTML Diff what you're
trying to use? You'll need to use an actual diff generated by p5 diff -du. HTML Diffs
are not usable.

This is likely the result of user error. It doesn't sound like a correct diff was put in.
