You're going to have to give us a lot more information. What error message(s) do you see? What SCM? How are you creating your diff? How are you uploading your diff?

Repository type is svn.
when I create a new review request, after I click "create review request",and I click "update"-->"update diff".when i choose diff and click upload ,then It let me download diff

You're going to have to talk to whoever runs your server (or desktop environment). Those errors are not coming from Review Board, and we also don't speak Chinese.
