Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
We have multiple libraries spanning several repositories. So, if we have an interface change which affects multiple libraries, we end up having to post multiple reviews. It would be nice if there was a good way to group the reviews together somehow, to say "these are all related" or "review x depends on review y"

I ran into this as well, just now.  While I realize the multiple repository problem may be a code smell, it is legacy.

I second the request for reviews across multiple repositories.

The latest 1.7.x releases have a depends on/blocks relationship that you can use.
