What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to summary page
2. (x)-out all of the columns for sorting except submitter.
Similar behaviour on the dashboard.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected sort order:

smorel
Output sort order:
arolett
arolett
elliot
michael
lingli
rbeasley
smorel
beng
Reverse alphabetical order gives tho reverse of the output order.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Debian testing w/ opera 9.21. Tried to repro under firefox could not (x)-
out the columns. Also fails under:
Mac os x 10.4.10 opera 9.21, safari 2.0.4 (419.3). Probably server side
bug.
Please provide any additional information below.
