2858: Broken link to search docs when Pylucene isn't installed

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Don't have pylucene installed on the server.
2. Visit the "General" admin page.
3. Click on the link under "Enable Search".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should open a page explaining how to install pylucene and enable search. The page doesn't exist.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Firefox on Windows Server 2012.

Thanks for reporting this. We already have it fixed for the upcoming 1.7.2 though. That should be next week.
