What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
http://reviewboard.eng.vmware.com/r/5016/diff

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into review board using Internet Explorer
2. Go to diff view
3. Try to click on a line number to open comment window.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the cursor to change to a hand when hovering over the line
numbers and clicking on the line number to open a comment window.

Actual result is that the cursor doesn't change and it appears impossible
to comment on a line.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows XP SP2/IE7. Ilya Languev reports the same behavior with IE6.
