1. Right click "Post review" from p4v on a changelist
2. Go to the "View Diff" page

I should be able to see the diff, however I see this:

Where does "Post review" on p4v come from? We don't supply this. You may need to talk to your administrator and have him/her look at this first, before reporting a bug. There's a lot of debug information we'd need that I don't even know how to ask about with that.
