Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
I would like the ability to see which requests have an "open issue" that hasn't been fixed yet from the dashboard (similar to how you can see which requests you've starred, which requests have comments, etc.).  My company uses the open issues to determine what refactoring needs to be done before the next release and this dashboard filter would be very helpful for us.
