277: Ship-It Icon on Outgoing-page

It would be very good to have a small Ship-It Icon on the 'outgoing-page'.
That would makes thing much, much easier, if you have to manage a lot
bigger number of reviews...

Something must have changed since the last time I used reviewboard a few months ago,
and now it is really hard for me to fumble around the UI to find where the "Ship it!"
checkbox is. It would be nice if this is in an accessible spot on the main "Review
Request" page, and I don't have to pretend to add a comment on a line on the "Diff
Viewer" page, and then choose the "Review" tab to find the "Ship it!" checkbox.
That's completely non-intuitive.

Nothing changed. It's in the same spot it's always been. You'll find it in the Review
tab on the comments/review dialogs.

You don't have to pretend to add a comment. Just click the "Review" link on the
review request box on the diff viewer or screenshot page. This will bring up the
review dialog where you can say "Ship It." We could add this link to the Review
Request page as well.

We can easily make an optional column for the new datagrids to do this.
