I am running reviewboard 1.6.11 on Centos 6, apache/mod_wsgi
Server localtime set to UTC
ReviewBoard is configured for server timezone - UTC
subversion log shows UTC timestamp
I submit review request using post-review from RBTools-0.4.1
In Last Updated column of review requests I see proper UTC timestamp.
Last Updated (Relative) column shows 3 hours, 59 minutes from now (my workstation is in Eastern time zone)
Either web interface should recognize browser's time zone or I should be able to set user specific time zone in user preferences.
