2725: Failed to Update Diff in existing Review Request

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should update the diff.
Instead I get this error message:
The file "/trunk/cti/windjammer/drt/xtracker/xtracker/TestSet.pl" (revision 65874) was not found in the repository

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows 7
Firefox 14

Please provide any additional information below.
I have updated diff's in the past, but this instance is failing.  After reviewers comments, I modified the files, created a new diff, saved it locally, and tried to update the diff on the review request.

You'll need to contact your server administrator about this. This bug tracker is for the upstream review board, and this looks like it's probably a configuration problem of some sort.
