What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to the diff page
2. Click Review
3. Try to click a button on the review popup - instead of processing the
click, the review popup will move up to align with the bottom of the page.
4. Try to click the same button again - instead of processing the click,
the review popup will move up again a short distance from the bottom of the
page.
5. Try to click the same button again - it works.
(sometimes step 4 doesn't happen and it works properly after the second
try.. but usually it takes three tries.)
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Firefox in ubuntu.
