2666: Wrong outgoing reviews counting when review submitted multiple times

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
main view - dash board

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have one review outgoing
2. When review board hangs up click submit on review many times

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Number of outgoing reviews should be 0, currently I have -2

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows 7 x64, chrome 20.0.1132.47 m

This has since been fixed. Make sure to run the "fixreviewcounts" management command.
