2665: when discard a old request, the reviewer dashboard will become "to my request: -1"

1.the request owner discard old submitted request
2.the reviewer open it dashboard, found that to your request became -1

There were some bugs in previous versions. If you (or your admin) runs the "fixreviewcounts" management command, it will fix it.
